We are working with a Leading Contractor who specialise in decarbonisation and retrofit of tenanted Social Housing properties across the UK. The company are passionate about lowering fuel poverty for people across the UK.

Due to an increase in workload, they have three vacancies available for Eco Administrators to join them on a permanent basis. This is a site based position, and will involve coordinating and organising all compliance for the site.

As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance standards are upheld on the construction sites.
  • Taking photographs of work to be completed and in progress within properties and documenting/organising efficiently
  • Checking relevant paperwork is correct
  • Checking tickets and qualifications for staff
  • Signing people in and out of the setting
  • General administration to support the role

The successful candidate will be well presented, confident and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. In addition, you must be fully conversant with all Microsoft packages.

You must have a good attention to detail alongside excellent IT skills.
