Sales Ledger Supervisor

A well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business in Wrexham is seeking a dedicated Sales Ledger Supervisor to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. This company has experienced significant growth over the past five years. This role would suit a Senior Sales Ledger Clerk or Management that has oversaw a team. Key Responsibilities include:The Sales Ledger Supervisor will oversee all aspects of multi-million sales ledger, leading a team.* Aged Debt Management* EDI Invoice Management:* Account Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of customer accounts.* Debit Note Resolution* Process Improvement: Driving enhancements in sales ledger processes.* Team Leadership: Serving as the escalation point for team issues, onborarding, 1-2-1's, reviews and point of support.* Overseeing weekly Direct Debit runs.

Skills required:* Familiarity with EDI transmission and failure resolution.* Experience using customer portals * Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookup/pivots) to run reports weekly* Innovative thinking to drive process improvements.* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
