Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste Management Company in their search for a Telesales Executive  to work from their offices in Wrexham. For the successful Telesales Executive,our client is offering:

  • £28,000 per annum + Commission (2% of annual contract value - uncapped) 
  • Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 
  • Permanent Position 
  • Benefits: Uncapped commission with a fantastic structure in place, Pension, Holidays, 

The role – Telesales Executive :

  • Responsible for making appointments across the UK on behalf of the BDM in the area
  • Follow up sales leads provided by business development managers
  • Use geographical tools and online search engines to contact businesses in target area 
  • Hit KPI 20 confirmed appointments per week
  • Building a prospect / leads list and ensuring circulated communication to create new appointments
  • Update CRM system with new information 

What our client is looking for in a Telesales Executive :

  • Experience working in an outbound lead generation of sales role - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent customer service - ESSENTIAL
  • IT Literate
  • Able to work using online search engines; google maps and LinkedIn for business prospecting
  • Good UK Geographical Knowledge
