Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading component manufacturer in their search for a Machine Operative to join their Ruabon-based team.
For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:
- £12.59 per hour, rising to £13.49 after 12 weeks
- Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6-2 / 2-10
- Temporary ongoing role with a view of going permanent
- Long-term position with full training provided along with progression opportunities
- While training you may be required to work days £11.44 per hour
The role - Machine Operative:
- Operating manufacturing machines in line with set standards
- Operating and setting up various manufacturing machinery
- General cleaning duties
- General support with the production operatives when required
- Working to timed productions KPIs
- Powder mixing
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:
- Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery - ESSENTIAL
- Previous quality control experience
- Keen to work as part of a team
- Steady work history
