- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Supporting the development of the company culture and overall employee engagement.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Supporting the management team with their HR-related needs.
- Overseeing and managing a company-wide process of organisation development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, and change management.
Profile
The successful Part Time HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a HR Manager role within the FMCG or similiar blue collar industry.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrable track record in HR project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
