Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company in their search for an experienced HR Advisor to work from their site in Wrexham. 

For the successful HR Advisor our client is offering:

  • £38,000 p/annum 
  • Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 (flexitime, core office hours 10-3)
  • Permanent Role
  • Benefits: Flexi-time, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Free Parking, Pension Contribution, Mile-Stone Birthday incentive + 4 days extra holiday 

The role - HR Advisor : 

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Coach and support managers to conduct effective investigations and support the implementation of solutions to employee relations issues
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all ER matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
  • Stay updated with changes in employment law and HR best practices

What our client is looking for in a HR Advisor:

  • Qualified to CIPD Level 5 - DESIREABLE
  • HR Advisory Experience - 3 years minimum experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Employee Relations Experience and exposure within an advisory role - ESSENTIAL 
  • Able to demonstrate a consultative approach to support managers with ER processes
  • Able to apply flexibility with hours to occasionally support night shift managers where necessary
  • Travel to Corwen Site until April 2025 then sites will merge to one large site in Wrexham.
