For the successful HR Advisor our client is offering:
- £38,000 p/annum
- Monday to Friday (flexitime, core office hours 10-3)
- Permanent Role

The role - HR Advisor :
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Coach and support managers to conduct effective investigations and support the implementation of solutions to employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all ER matters.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
- Stay updated with changes in employment law and HR best practices
What our client is looking for in a HR Advisor:
- Qualified to CIPD Level 5 - DESIREABLE
- HR Advisory Experience - 3 years minimum experience - ESSENTIAL
- Employee Relations Experience and exposure within an advisory role - ESSENTIAL
- Able to demonstrate a consultative approach to support managers with ER processes
- Able to apply flexibility with hours to occasionally support night shift managers where necessary
- Travel to Corwen Site until April 2025 then sites will merge to one large site in Wrexham.
