Description
Reporting to the UK General Manager, with a dotted line to the Group HR Director, you'll lead HR for the UK business, supporting approx. 200 employees a small team of two. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in change environments, enjoys process improvement, and is passionate about driving cultural and operational transformation.
Key responsibilities and project focuses
- Lead and deliver HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with SLT to develop management and leadership capability
- Support organisation design and operating model improvements
- Enhance Trade Union relationships, agreements, and policy development
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experience
- Drive key projects in talent acquisition, talent & performance development and engagement
The UK HR Lead needs to be visible and engaged with stakeholders, so the business expects a 4-day on-site presence to make a real impact. That said, they still value flexibility and hybrid working, ensuring the right balance.
Profile
We are seeking someone with proven experience within a management level role, partnering with a senior stakeholder group. You'll have experience in manufacturing environment, ideally within a global matrix organisation.
You'll be a change agent with a track record of delivering business change & transformation projects - and be calm, solutions-focused approach.You have strong stakeholder engagement skills, and be able to influence at all levels.
Job Offer
This role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 per annum (dependant on experience), plus a suite of benefits.
