My client is a leading employer in the Wrexham area, providing services to external organisations, that rely on them to produce reports and data driven decisions. What you will be doing;

You will become an integral part of the technical support team, supporting internal and external users from an Application Support stand point. You will deal with your own tickets through to resolution, use your technical knowledge and insights to analysis issues then deliver a timely resolution to the user and business.

We need you to have…

  • Application Support/Software Support/IT Support experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the ITIL methodology
