Our client is currently looking for an HRIS System Analyst with a strong background in HR and a specialisation in compensation. You will play a key role designing, implementing and maintaining HRIS solutions to streamline compensation programs and support the reward team and other key stakeholder. You will also work with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and optimise HR systems and processes
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the HRIS to support compensation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
- Gather business requirements and provide functional specifications to implementation partners.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system developments before Total Reward team approval.
- Project management and oversee the system implementation
- Monitor data integrity and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Analyse reports to identify trends, create dashboards for stakeholders to help with strategic decisions while ensuring data privacy and security policies are followed
- Work with the wider team to ensure systems align with the business objectives, train HR staff on the compensation modules and provide user friendly support
Essential skills and requirements:
- Pervious experience working as a HRIS System Analyst with a focus on compensation implementation
- Strong understanding of compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processing
- Understanding of Core HR data structure and management
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms ideally Oracle HCM or any major HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Beqom etc
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Excellent project management and project delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills
