Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Efficiently log incoming claims, verify details, and cross-check with third-party spreadsheets to confirm agreements in SAP.
- Agreement Creation: Ensure accuracy by verifying and creating agreements in SAP with meticulous attention to documentation and data entry.
- Invoice Management: Raise invoices, track cheque payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Amendments & Queries: Handle agreement amendments and respond to agent queries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Reporting: Regularly update claims and financial spreadsheets to reflect accurate data.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
