  • Claims Processing: Efficiently log incoming claims, verify details, and cross-check with third-party spreadsheets to confirm agreements in SAP.
  • Agreement Creation: Ensure accuracy by verifying and creating agreements in SAP with meticulous attention to documentation and data entry.
  • Invoice Management: Raise invoices, track cheque payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Amendments & Queries: Handle agreement amendments and respond to agent queries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Reporting: Regularly update claims and financial spreadsheets to reflect accurate data.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
