  • Salary £40,000 - £42,000 p/annum 
  • Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 
  • Permanent
  • Benefits: 20 days + bank holidays, company pension, free parking, discretionary Bonus

The Role of the Import Export Co-Ordinator;

  • Administer customs regulations documents, trade agreements, and tariff systems to navigate and adhere to international trade law
  • Interpret complex regulations and analyse trade data
  • Apply for customs simplifications on behalf of traders including Inward/Outward Processing, Customs Warehousing, Approved Exporter, Duty Deferment, Returned Goods Relief, VAT postponed accounting
  • Adherence with the movement of goods with relation to VAT and HMRC taxing 

What our client is looking for in an  Import Export Co-Ordinator;

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customs: import & export role - ESSENTIAL
  • Working knowledge of C88 form compilation - ESSENTIAL 
  • Working knowledge of filing import and export declarations on the CDS system 
  • Experience working with certificate of origin and technical customs documentation - ESSENTIAL 
  • Packaging industry experience - DESIREABLE
