The Role:
Travail Employment Group are proud to be representing their client in their search for a kitchen porter due to their continued expansion. As a kitchen porter, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment within a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Efficiently washing and organizing dishes, ensuring they are ready for use by the kitchen team.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as required, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Ensuring the kitchen area, including floors and surfaces, is clean and tidy at all times.
- Coordinating waste disposal and recycling to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to work as part of a small team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
