Role & Requirements Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of property matters where you will be responsible for a high quality caseload of residential property matters including buying, selling, transfer of equity, first registrations, etc. - Minimum of 3 years PQE- Will consider both Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers - Confident running a full caseload of property mattersBenefits-25 days holiday , increasing to 28 after 3 years and 30 after 10. - Hybrid working after probation. 3/2 negotiable- Private health care after 6 months- Standard pension- Very structured route of progression with annual reviews. - Bonus Structure- 37.5 hour week. 4pm Friday finish.
