The Role:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and identifying solutions to reduce downtime
  • Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring a safe working environment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and contributing to ongoing process improvements
The candidate:
  • A qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
  • Some hands-on experience in a maintenance or engineering role (placement, apprenticeship, or post-grad experience)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly and take on new challenges
