gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for an Electrically biased Multi Skilled Engineering Team Leader to work at their facility based near Wrexham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance team within a successful business. The role itself will be focussed around supporting the manufacturing process by responding effectively to equipment breakdowns, carrying out scheduled maintenance work and being proactive on the correction and modification of reoccurring machine processing faults.
Performance Objectives

  • To adhere at all times to health and safety regulations
  • To follow and adhere to planned maintenance programs
  • To fault find and repair equipment to a satisfactory standard
  • To undertake any machine adjustments within your capabilities
  • To assist in relevant projects and machine modification as and when required
  • To ensure an effective shift handover is undertaken with the oncoming shift and work is logged according to workshop requirement

Person Specification

  • Apprentice Trained BTEC/NVQ 3 Engineer
  • 17th edition IEE Electrical Regulations Certificate
  • Ideally have experience in a FMCG/Regulated environment
