Operations Assistant Opportunity, Wrexham
We are partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking company who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join their team. About the role
- Title: Operations Assistant
- Role: Full time, permanent
- Location: Wrexham, hybrid
- Salary: up to £25K per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior team members to deliver insightful and accurate presentations to clients.
- Manage tactical activities within the Insights team, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Curate and compile data into meaningful client-facing reports and presentations, using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Drive continuous improvements in the way client data is presented and ensure timely and effective feedback across teams.
- Support the CEO in managing their diary for Data Insight meetings, optimising time and priorities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum one years’ experience in administration
- Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to identify data trends and insights.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy in all deliverables.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, adaptable communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and clients.
