Join their dynamic Engineering team, where your expertise will play a critical role in supporting the green rubber project. As the first point of contact for engineering needs at the site, you'll have a variety of stimulating responsibilities, including:

- Troubleshooting, servicing, installing, and repairing all equipment related to the Green Rubber installation at customer sites.- Maintaining a detailed field service log and filing system to manage all service and job files until completion.- Meeting daily service repair demands while ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.- Documenting all inspections, maintenance, and repairs, submitting paperwork in a timely manner.- Ordering, installing, and managing repair parts to ensure swift turnaround times.- Reviewing logs for unresolved issues, and preparing formal reports for customers as required.- Maintaining tools and test equipment, ensuring they are properly calibrated and ready for use.- Evaluating product/equipment performance based on field support data, recommending necessary modifications or enhancements.- Providing technical support to customers and fellow professionals whenever needed.- Participating in site surveys and pilot programme service activities, while taking an active role in meetings and special projects.- Establishing strong relationships with colleagues to support customer needs and stay updated on technical trends.- Exercising cost control measures to optimise efficiency.- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.- Being adaptable to travel, work overtime, and work outside standard hours when required.
