Quality Administrator

Recra are working in partnership with a well established and forward thinking manufacturer who are keen to recruit a Quality Administrator to join the team.

General Tasks :

  • Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Manager to improve operations.
  • Perform regular inspections of the plant to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle administrative duties related to transportation and production.
  • Carry out various ad hoc tasks as required to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track detailed yield data to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Monitor micro processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage transportation and production administrative tasks.
  • Conduct inspections on packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel.
  • A well-organised and meticulous approach to completing tasks.
  • A hands-on work ethic with a willingness to lead by example.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing and familiarity with quality systems.
  • Completion of food safety training.
  • First aid training is an advantage.
