4 on 4 off Shift Pattern (6am – 6pm, 6pm – 6am, 2 days 2 nights)

Candidates from any industrial maintenance background are encouraged to apply, and this role would suit multi-skilled engineers, mechanically biased engineers or electrically biased engineers. Relevant engineering qualifications would be desirable for this role, however this is not essential as the company are able to support the successful candidate with additional external training. 

The successful candidate will work to maintenance schedules and will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance on process equipment. Approximately 70% of the work will be planned maintenance and the other 30% of the time you will be responsible for reacting to breakdowns. You will ensure root cause of failures are identified and will implement preventative measures.

The Shift Engineer Role: 

· 70% Planned Maintenance, 30% Reactive Maintenance
· Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
· Working with PLCs, controls, motor drives, AC and DC Motors
· 4 on 4 off shift pattern 

The Shift Engineer Candidate: 

· Any industrial maintenance background
· Multiskilled, mechanically biased, or electrically biased
