Job Title:Maintenance Engineer (Mechancial Bias)

Location:Llay, Wrexham

Salary:£50,380p/a + Overtime

Shifts:4 on 4 off 12-hour shift rotation

HRGO are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join a well established Engineering team in Wrexham.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of plant maintenance and repair to ensure effective and efficient operation of the production and intake systems
  • Consistent liaising with the team addressing breakdowns or interruptions to production and dealing promptly with any issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement and review current methodology and opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, quality, and performance.
  • Ensure relevant maintenance records are accurately recorded to confirm legal compliance and a safe working environment.

Skills and requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of working with strict safety and control procedures and KPIs.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing both short and long-term solutions and projects in an engineering function covering both electrical and mechanical equipment.
