We are looking for a Production Technician to join a busy manufacturing facility in Wrexham. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient workflow, and assisting with product manufacturing. You will play a key role in maintaining high production standards while adhering to company and industry regulations.
The Production Technician Role -
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production.
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Manufacture products according to company specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and any technical issues.
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with quality control and engineering teams to improve efficiency.
The Ideal Production Technician Candidate -
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess the following skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation is desirable.
