Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Production Planning Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our client site based in Wrexham and as well as sites across the

UK and ensuring efficient office operations.

Performance Objectives

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer phone calls and handle enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in planning orders, sets, stock rotation and transport to ensure timelines and operational goals are met.
  • Liaise between business units handling enquiries, supporting to resolve issues and facilitating communications
  • Support the site with administration needs.
  • Any other support to the business as and when needed.

Person Specification

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
