We are recruiting for a CAPEX administrator for our Client in Wrexham.
**1 year worth of work.. potential to be extended**
Pay: 20 per hour
Hours:
Monday - Friday
9am - 4pm
Must have:
- Competent in SAP PM Module
- Previous experience working within a project team.
- Higher computer literate
- High level of knowledge / experience within Microsoft office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desired but not essential - BTec Business Administration or equivalent.
Duties: - Manage administration tasks with multiple departments
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- SAP management
- Reporting / presenting data
- Financial activities - Minutes taking, raising purchase requisitions in SAP, Goods Receipting, Liaise with Subcontractors and accounts team.
- Adhere to GMP requirements
Training will be provided for the Online Document Management Systems.
This will be an ongoing position for 1 year. With the potential to be extended.
