What You'll Be Doing:

Join our client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist in a leading private hospital, where you will play a key role in enhancing patient care. In this ward-based role, you will:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients across medical and surgical wards
  • Work closely with medical and nursing teams to review and optimise medication use
  • Ensure medicines are prescribed, dispensed, and administered safely
  • Offer expert advice on drug interactions, side effects, and pharmaceutical best practices
  • Conduct medication reviews and participate in ward rounds
  • Stay up-to-date with current pharmacy practices and hospital procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid GPhC registration
  • Experience working in hospital settings, specifically medical and surgical wards
  • Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, with a 30-minute break each day. There is no weekend or on-call work. The contract is until June 2025, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
