Compliance Administrator
14-15.00 per hour (depending on skills and abilities)
Temporary to permanent role

Location: Wrexham
15-20 hours per week (flexible with start and finish times)

The Role
Compliance Administrator required to work for a privately owned Estate Agency, offering a diverse range of professional services. The successfully employed Compliance Administrator will ensure that all the lettings' processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Main duties of the Compliance Administrator will include:

  • Ensuring gas safety, electrical safety, EPC, and fire safety certificates are up to date.
  • Managing compliance records, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate reports.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in lettings legislation (e.g., Tenant Fees Act, GDPR, AML regulations).
  • Ensuring property files contain the required legal documentation.
  • General administration and project work.


The Candidate
The ideal Compliance Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of lettings regulation is an advantage but not essential.
