About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experiencedProject Managerto oversee the construction of a high-profileNew Build Social Housing DevelopmentinWrexham. The role will be permanent with a healthy orderbook of work going forward, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of construction of project.
The successful candidate must have a strong background innew build social housing, as you will be responsible for managing day to day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day construction activities, ensuring the project stays on track with timelines and quality standards.
- Lead thebuilding andinstallation of new build social housing, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Managesubcontractors, site staff, and resourcesto ensure efficient and effective work processes.
- Ensure compliance with allhealth and safetyrequirements and maintain high standards of site safety during operations.
- Report regularly to thecontracts manageron progress, risks, and any issues arising.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as aProject Manageron similar large-scale housing projects.
- Expertise innew build social housing schemes.
- Experience working in Conjuntion with housing associations.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively during day to day operations.
- Strong knowledge ofhealth and safety regulationswithin the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- CSCS card (black/gold), SMSTS, and First Aid certifications required.
