The role – Senior Buyer:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs
Secure the best pricing and terms while ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
Work closely with supply chain and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to support business decisions

What our client is looking for in a Senior Buyer:

Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related - ESSENTIAL
Proven track record in procurement or buying within a regulated manufacturing environment
Previous experience with ERP systems for managing procurement - ESSENTIAL
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
