In this position, you will have the autonomy to oversee your projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for providing pre-construction cost advice, negotiating contracts, and managing the supply chain effectively. With a focus on collaboration and teamwork, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes on multiple projects.

The Role:
- Overseeing contracts, managing budgets, timescales and resources
- Monday to Friday, 8-5
- Manage and procure the supply chain effectively
- Conduct monthly valuations and manage applications for payment
- Monitor project cash flow and prepare monthly cost and value reports
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor or similar
- Background in civil engineering or similar
- Commutable to Wrexham
