Due to growth, they now require an experienced Estimator / QS to join the business and support the commercial teamWorking for this privately run North Wales business, this is an excellent opportunity to join the teamWe are looking for somebody who has fantastic Civil Engineering experience, and somebody who has excellent working knowledge of NEC contractsYou will have sound commercial and financial acumen, and be proficient with producing BoQ, Managing Pre-Tender works, Valuations & Variations, Producing CVR's, Subcontract payments and Contract Administration. You will also be responsible for Estimating and winning work / submission of tenders and pricing projectsTypical projects include: Civil Engineering projects, Roads, Carparks, Drainage, Earthworks, Ducting & Highway MaintenanceThis is an office-based position with site visits also required.
