Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work from their Wrexham office working on housing/flats.
They are the primary provider for North Wales for Wales 7 Wets HA, and are in year 3 of a 10 year frameworks agreement. They have a lengthy list of site in pipeline for them over course of next 5-7 years, but they also have a large landbank. All there sites are based from Wrexham as far as Llandudno. They also cover and operate out with their West Wales region which covers mid-Wales and west coast, but almost all sites centre around Aberystwyth.
Almost all there works are for social housing associations, so this requires client interaction as part of daily job, be it queries, valuations, site meeting and variations.

My client can offer up to £55k plus company work based pension, car allowance, business mileage with fuel card. 8am to 5pm. Friday finish 3.30
