Recruit4staff is seeking an Accounts Assistant for a well-known local business in Wrexham, offering a salary of £13.00 per hour.
The role includes tasks such as taking payments, entering invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and general office duties.
Candidates should have previous office or reception experience, with Sage experience being essential.
An AAT qualification or similar is desired but not mandatory.
This is a temp-to-perm position, and applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience.

For the successful Accounts Assistant our client is offering:

£13.00 per hr
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00 pm
Temp to Perm

The role - Accounts Assistant:

Taking payments from customers
Entering invoices into ledger
reconciliation of supplier statements
Creating sales invoices
Reception duties, face-to-face and telephone
General office duties

What our client is looking for in an Accounts Assistant:

Previous office / reception based experience
Sage experience - ESSENTIAL
AAT qualification or similar - DESIRED

Key skills or similar Job titles:

Accounts Clerk, Purchase Ledger, Office administrator
