Located in North Wales (Wrexham, Flintshire and Denbighsire), Tradewind Recruitment is actively seeking a qualified Cover Supervisor to make a positive impact in secondary and Primary schools in North Wales.
As a crucial member of the team, the successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective set lessons, providing targeted support to students with varying abilities to ensure their individual learning needs are met.
The role involves implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, as well as assisting in the organisation and preparation of learning materials for a dynamic educational setting.
Maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents, and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.
To qualify, candidates must:
- Possess relevant qualifications and Experience as a Cover/Supply Teacher
- Adaptability to different classroom settings, effective collaboration with teaching staff and support professionals
- A current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checkare essential requirements.
- Be registered with the EWC - or willing to pay to be
- Bonus - Welsh Speaking!
