My client is looking for a dedicated and motivated and experienced Site Services Manager to join the team and lead the management of site infrastructure, facilities, and essential services.

The Role

As a Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, safety, and efficiency of all site services and facilities. This critical role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of site infrastructure, including utilities, equipment, and buildings.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage site services teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs related to facilities, equipment, and utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
