Carbon 60 is looking to recruit a Stores Person for its leading manufacturing and engineering client based in Wrexham

Pay rate is 11.56ph PAYE

Working hours are 6.00am to 4.15pm Monday to Thursday

Overtime paid at 1.5x any hours over standard weekdays and Saturday. 2.0x Sunday and Bank Holidays

This role is initially for a 3 month period, after which you will be taken on a permanent basis

Working within the stores/goods in areas you will be working as part of a busy team in the Stores/Production and Yard area.

Responsibilities:

* Unloading HGV's using a forklift truck (valid counterbalance licence essential)

* Receive, inspect and store incoming supplies and raw materials

* Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP

* Monitor and track inventory movements, including issuing and returning items

* Prepare and package items for shipment or delivery

* Assist internal customers with locating and selecting products

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

Required skills:

* Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly store environment

* Basic math skills for inventory management

* Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

* Interpersonal skills/team player

Experience:

* Stock control

* PC skills including SAP

* Manufacturing production

* Working in a very busy environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

* The role can be physically demanding

* Manual handling loads in stores & production areas
