Job Description:
Are you a qualified Health and Social Care NVQ Assessor looking for a rewarding role with a great work-life balance? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Health and Social Care NVQ Assessor. This role offers the flexibility of home working with an essential element of field work, making it ideal for individuals based in North Wales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and supporting learners working towards NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care.
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops to apprentices in their workplace.
  • Conducting regular reviews to ensure progress and development.
  • Providing guidance and support to learners, helping them to achieve their qualifications.
  • Ensuring all assessment and verification is performed to a high standard.
  • Liaising with employers and colleagues to ensure learner success.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care Assessing (such as A1, TAQA or CAVA,).
  • A valid driver's licence and access to your own car.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of learners efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Must reside in North Wales due to the field work component of the role.
