Recruit4staff is proud to represent a leading FMCG company in its search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work from its leading facility near Wrexham.
For the successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, our client is offering:
- £45,000 to £55,000 per annum DOE
- Monday to Thursday 6 am – 6 pm week 1 (days) and Monday to Thursday 6 pm to 6 am week 2 (nights)
- Full-time, Permanent
- Company pension
- Possible flexibility on start and finish times

- Overtime at x1.5
The role – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer :
- To work through assigned ppm's and ensure high level of repairs
- Work as part of a team to improve and develop plant machinery and processes
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and upholding good hygiene practices
- Ensuring all mechanical and electrical equipment is in safe working order
- Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
- Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
What our client is looking for in a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer :
- NVQ in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)- ESSENTIAL
- Must be Multi-Skilled (Mechanical bias) - ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience working in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Experience in working on food production machinery
- Basic understanding of electrical safety and fault finding
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with PLCs Siemens/Alun Bradley - BENEFICIAL
