Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support student learning and create a positive classroom environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and implementing instructional activities.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help understanding the material.

  • Help maintain classroom order and discipline, fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

  • Supervise students during non-instructional periods, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
