As a Clinical Deputy Hospital Manager, you will:
- Provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice.
- Ensure delivery of optimum clinical and therapeutic care.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Deliver against key performance indicators.
- Lead and deliver the hospital strategy as part of the Senior Management team.
- Offer operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Manager.

- Capable of preparing and presenting reports at senior management level.
- Compassionate and focused on patient recovery, with the ability to monitor, manage, and reduce risk while supporting service user independence.
