P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer to join their team based in Wymondham on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Design and Construction Directors and other senior managers across the business and will help drive growth.
Person specification:
- 5-10 years’ experience post-graduation to lead and develop our Structural Engineering capability.
- Managerial experience.
- Be free thinking, energetic and demonstrably innovative.
- Be passionate about continuous improvement.
- Committed to excellence in design.
- An excellent communicator.
- Focussed on delivering solutions on time and in accordance with our principles.
- A proven track record in foundation and steel design.
