Personal Assistant to Managing Director

We are seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to the Managing Director. This pivotal role involves close interaction with clients, the Senior Management team, and support functions, ensuring streamlined, timely, and accurate communication. The successful candidate will handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and demonstrate a high degree of accountability and self-reliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain internal relationships across the business.
  • Manage the Managing Director's diary, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external queries, ensuring adherence to service standards.
  • Communicate and liaise sensitively but authoritatively with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and proactively manage the Director’s workload.
  • Attend and minute Board meetings.
  • Manage the Director’s correspondence and follow up as necessary.
  • Liaise with the accounts department to ensure timely processing of travel and other expense claims.
  • Authorise leave requests and manage other administrative tasks on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare for client and provider meetings, including agendas, venue arrangements, and minute-taking.
  • Ensure the Director is well-prepared for meetings with all necessary documentation.
  • Assist in business planning activities and decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exemplary planning and priority management skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
