We are recruiting for an Auto Mail Operators to join our client based in Wymondham. The site specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for the purposes of outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for the purposes of inbound mail.

Hours:

Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift.

Nights:

Week 1 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift.

Week 2 - Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift.

What does the role look like:

Working as part of a team in a production environment you will undertake the operating of various auto fulfilment and sortation machines, such as Bluecrest. You will also be required to obtain and return stock. Working to established job specifications and procedures and meeting quality and output targets. The job is physical, and you will be required to be on your feet throughout the shift.

  • Ensure issues are escalated in timely and accurately to the line manager
  • Take ownership to ensure all relevant clients SLA’s are understood
  • Understand and adhere to data protection policy
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
