A new opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to be part of an established team based with an organisation South of Norwich.Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a varied and busy role working across a full HR Generalist remit and will be office based 5 days a week.The role:
  • Supporting the HR Director and HR Manager in the delivery of change programmes, restructuring, case management across the organisation
  • Work with the HR Manager and wider HR team to provide a first class HR and employee relations service to the organisation
  • Be the specialist advisor to senior leaders and managers on employee relations matters, providing solutions regarding disciplinary, grievance, restructuring and organisational development, capability and performance management.
  • To support line managers with improving employee attendance
  • Develop HR policy and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Design and deliver training and coaching to all managers to improve knowledge and awareness with policies and procedures
  • To provide support with ad hoc HR projects
Skills required:The successful applicant will have similar experience gained in a busy HR team and will be highly professional, able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
  • Previous experience of managing a varied HR caseload, with a knowledge of absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Have strong IT/Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist in a busy multi-site environment would be advantageous
