I would love to hear from any experienced HR Advisors/ Managers who are available to undertake an HR generalist position on a 6 month fixed term contract From January 2025. Reporting to the HR Manager the Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the the senior management team in all areas of ER and people issues. You will be the first point of contact within a designated business unit providing expertise, advice and guidance across the full meployye lifecycle.What we looking for ?
  • Level 5 (or equivalent) CIPD in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in a human resources management role
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
