What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of modern machinery.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure optimal production performance.
  • Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure machinery is running efficiently and safely at all times.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

What we're looking for:

  • Multi Skilled with hands-on experience maintaining and repairing machinery in the manufacturing or food production sectors.
  • Strong expertise in electrical systems, control panels, automation, and fault diagnosis.
  • Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and other automated systems is highly desirable.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.
