Senior Administrative Assistant to CEO and Leadership TeamOffice based, full-time (Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm and Friday 8.30am-4pm)WymondhamAs an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills, you will provide a secretarial, organisational and administrative support service to the CEOĀ and LeadershipĀ team. This includes monitoringĀ  e-mails, handling phone calls, organising meetings, assisting with events and updating communications, including multi-media fields.Key role responsibilities include;ā€¢ Proactively maintain and monitor the CEOā€™s and Deputy CEOā€™s electronic diaries, making appointments, co-ordinating appointments and ensuring overall effective allocation of their time ā€¢ Manage generic emails and communications on the website/social media accounts, ensuring messages and content are accurate, relevant and up to date ā€¢ Act as the first point of contact ā€¢ Exercise judgement in dealing with correspondence and telephone calls, responding to routine enquiries and drafting correspondence for the CEO/Director's approval ā€¢ Assist with the co-ordination and delivery of events such as the annual conference and high-profile visitsā€¢ Organise travel and accommodation arrangementsā€¢ Proactively manage communications using social media such as Xā€¢ Provide support for a range of meetings, including the timely production and circulation of agendas and minutes, the noting of action points and following these upā€¢ Prepare reports, compile and collate papers, information and statistics forĀ meeting and reportsā€¢ Provide the organisational and administrative support for meetingsā€¢ To act on initiative in ensure the team has sound background knowledge of organisations, events, activities and individuals to assist them in their communications and interactionsā€¢ Undertake projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, including supporting the organisation professional development events ā€¢ Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of administrative processesā€¢ Develop excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholdersPlease contact me today if this is of interest!
