Location: Wymondham, NR18
Hours: Monday to Friday. 09:00AM - 5:30PM
Salary: £24K PA to £26K PA (depending on experience).

Role Overview:
As a Change Coordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end job process, ensuring client change requests and business-as-usual activities meet service levels. Strong client handling skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update working procedures
- Provide accurate job instructions to Operations teams
- Log and manage change activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure job accuracy
- Act as the main point of contact for clients on change requests
Qualifications & Experience:
- Office experience and client-facing skills preferred
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
