A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Wymondham area, working as a Lettings Negotiator, within our client's well-established and successful office.
The position will involve working in a small team and offers a varied working week.
Ideally, our client would be looking for someone with previous Lettings Negotiator experience but would be open to someone who is new to the industry.Â
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary £26,000
- Potential of Car allowance (subject to experience)
- Ongoing training
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic understanding of the rental process
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individuallyÂ
- UK driving licence
As a Lettings Negotiator, Â your role will involve:
- Dealing with Property Maintenance issues
- Lettings Negotiating
- Reletting properties
- Viewings
