Sanctuary Personnel is on the lookout for compassionate and committed Support Workers to join our dedicated team, providing outstanding care in care homes across Wymondham. If you have a background as a support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, carer, or care assistant, we would love to hear from you.

Pay Rates and Shift Details:

  • Monday to Friday (Day shifts): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (Night shifts): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Day shifts): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Night shifts): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Day shifts): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Night shifts): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Day and Night shifts): £15.47 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met.
  • Assisting with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and fostering a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Implementing individual care plans and ensuring documentation is kept current and accurate.

Requirements of the Support Worker:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the UK (support worker, healthcare assistant, HCA, or carer).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A caring and empathetic disposition.
  • Readiness to complete necessary compliance checks.
