Salary: £18,736 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay
Starting September 2025,Fixed term until August 2026
The College is a member of the Education Trust. The Trust is an expanding multi-academy trust with 11 primary and 9 secondary schools.

The Role
They are looking for highly competent young people with a passion for education to join their Resident Fellow programme. The Resident Fellow role is a key part of the College culture. It offers students inspiration and influence and offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the boarding school culture.
Each Resident Fellow Programme at the College is bespoke. They tailor the programme to reflect your specialist area and the needs of the College.

Key Responsibilities
- Life in the House: As a resident fellow, you will be an integral part of the College’s boarding staff and the house team you are assigned to. The primary role is to provide quality care and pastoral support to the students in your house. As such, their boarding staff must enjoy being with students, showing enthusiasm, patience and understanding.
- Life in the Department: In addition to Boarding responsibilities, Resident Fellows will work two days a week supporting academic departments with lessons and lesson planning, or College support departments.
This role does include work at the weekends
Skills and Qualifications
- An exceptional graduate with a strong degree or higher education qualification.
- A positive role model for pupils and staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Good management skills with strong planning, an ability to take responsibility, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, students and parents/ carers.
- Be flexible and resilient in delivering daily tasks effectively and be able to multi-task. 6. Communicate well and maintain positive working relationships.
